Vinegar Sherry Gran Capirete (50yr.)

Gran Capirete 50 Reserva Sherry Vinegar is produced from Palomino grapes grown around Jerez de la Frontera in Andalusia and aged in a Solera system of 500L American oak barrels. The Soleras used to make this complex, dark mahogany-coloured premium vinegar were set up in 1946. This vinegar is notable for its powerful aroma and flavours of rich savoury herbs. It has more concentration of flavours than Capirete 20. Use to elevate salad dressings, to add an elegant finish to soups and sauces.
