Horseradish Extra Hot

Our small-batch, artisan horseradish was inspired by customers asking for an extra hot horseradish. In our kitchen, horseradish gets a lot of play. It gets whisked into dressings and sauces, added to our mashed potatoes, and even gives a kick to our favourite Bloody Mary and Caesar recipes.

A trick to keeping your horseradish’s intense flavour and heat is to make sure it always stays refrigerated, even when the jar has not yet been opened.
