Cornichons au Vinaigre
Cornichons, the beautiful, crisp, tarragon infused, vinegary gherkins. No cheese or charcuterie plate is complete without them. Cornichons are great on an appetizer plate, chopped up in devilled eggs, and added to sandwiches. They are a traditional accompaniment to raclette.
